I would like to thank all those who supported us in the elections on May 3rd. We have a big job to do and
are willing to put in a lot of hard work on behalf of residents to make the Borough a better place.
My team is very talented and has wide-ranging experience. The nominated Cabinet (see News page) is a determined
group of dedicated people who I know will do their utmost to serve the Borough's residents and turn our local
authority into one of the best in the country - a good place to live and work.
Many challenges lie ahead and from my experience, the journey will not always be smooth. But we have
a manifesto to implement and my aim is to deliver just that, which you, the voters, have asked us to do.

Residents deserve so much better than the last four years of the tired and discredited Libdem administration - the
time for change has arrived.
